Atlantic Uniqueness.

Its Atlantic character combines elegant structure with delicate expression, making it a unique wine of enormous complexity.

HARVEST

The clusters of Godello are meticulously hand-harvested into crates, bringing them straight from the vineyard to the bodega.

GRAPE SELECTION

Once in the bodega, the clusters are classified manually on our selection tables, and the best grapes are selected for processing.

PRODUCTION

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, and then in contact with its own lees for 8 months to give the wine its unctuousness, volume and complexity.

AGEING

The wine is aged for 2 months in French oak barrels to give it nuance and delicateness, turning it into an enological treasure.

BOTTLING

The wine is placed in its iconic blue bottle, where it will rest for a few months before being launched onto the market.
